Billing terms and customers

Prior to creating invoices and posting credit sales in Accounts Receivable, there are a couple of prerequisite steps setting up billing terms and adding customers. Out of these, adding customers is a required step. You cannot create an invoice unless that customer is in the system already. However, setting up billing terms is optional, but recommended.
