So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

For more than a decade, I’ve been speaking about purpose with audiences around the world—colleges, corporations, nonprofits, government entities, and collections of friends. And I often like to begin my talks by asking the audience a simple question: Who is someone in your life who is flourishing?
The answers are beautiful, heartfelt, and encouraging. One by one, audience members raise their hands and tell stories of the people they admire in their lives. One woman told me of a grandmother who had lost her husband but who remained an encouragement to all around her.
