Appendix A Case studies
Eight practices were approached to participate in the case study in Chapter 2: ‘Time sheets and resource planning’. They were selected to reflect a broad cross-section of size and location across England. Six practices responded to say they would be willing to take part. A questionnaire was sent to each of them, and a follow-up telephone call made to run through the process. All respondents said they were happy for their answers to be published in full here and I am grateful to them. The analysis included in Chapter 2 is my interpretation in relation to the specific topic in the chapter. This unfiltered list of answers will hopefully provide more detail that may be of specific interest to some readers.
