Web Services: Updating Maps On the Fly
In the examples of this book so far, the data are embedded in the script so that you can experiment with the sample applications without having to develop server side components or publish your data on a web server. You’ve built some highly interactive applications using the Google Maps API as stand-alone pages, but no dynamic applications that request data from a remote server on demand.
