For two years before writing this book, we presented the Acceleration Pool concept to organizations around the world and fielded countless questions about Acceleration Pool systems, especially implementation issues. In this last chapter we present answers to the most common ones on the assumption that you might have the same questions. We have grouped the questions in some general areas to make it easier to find questions of concern. At the end of the chapter, we again state the philosophy behind the Acceleration Pool concept and provide advice on its implementation.
