The focus of this chapter is on the decisions you are constantly, and often unconsciously, making about how you invest your time and energy. In an environment where most of us are running faster just to stay in the same place, it is critical that we learn how to balance how we use this most precious of resources – time.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Our time is a precious and limited commodity. We buy other people’s time to do things we don’t want to do, or can’t do, and our time is bought by whomever we work for.
