In this recipe, we'll make use of the
sass (0.12.1) plugin to compile our Sass style sheets to CSS style sheets, which can be used by our web application.
The contrib-sass plugin is slightly more popular and more mature that the sass plugin but requires the Sass Ruby library to be installed, which seems to be an unnecessary step for this recipe.
Please note that at the time of writing, the sass plugin did not work with Version
0.11.* of Node.js, but a solution for this issue was in the works. In the following recipe, Version
