4Power Chords

POWER CHORDS ARE TWO- AND THREE-STRING CHORDS SOMETIMES USED IN CERTAIN STYLES OF ROCK GUITAR PLAYING, like punk and heavy metal, mostly with an electric guitar and some distortion. In music books, they are usually notated with a letter and the number 5, to indicate the root of the chord and the fifth note of that scale.
