Abstract:
This chapter discusses an energy-saving study based on a Total Site approach, as applied to one of the biggest heavy chemical complexes in Japan and to a large-scale steel plant. The study is based on Pinch Technology using Total Site Profile (TSP) analysis and R-curve analysis.
