Abstract

Recent activities of terrorists are to fight from behind, and break the backbone of the country they want to attack in an indirect way. This may be an attack on the vital centers, virtually breaking down the economy, or creating political panic; with the most efficient methods being breaking the economy, but diverting the focus of attention from it, being one motive of bioterrorism.
