You should provide your Twitter account's login credentials to connect the Twitter widget with Twitter. OAuth allows Blynk to tweet from your Twitter account without actually sharing any credentials (no need to mention login credentials in the code). After connecting, it will use your Twitter account to send tweets. The tweets appear just as if you sent them from the Twitter website.
Currently, the Twitter widget only supports sending tweets from your Twitter account. It doesn't support retweeting, so you can't use your Raspberry Pi as a retweet bot:
