Azure Resource Manager

In Chapter 2, Getting Started with the Azure Cloud, I gave a definition of the Azure Resource Manager:

"Basically, the Azure Resource Manager enables you to work with resources, such as storage and virtual machines. To do so, you have to create one or more resource groups, so you can execute life-cycle operations, such as deploy, update and delete all the resources in the resource group in a single operation."

After that, I covered the concept of the resource group. The definition was already true; from the Azure portal or with scripting, you were able to do all of the things stated.
