The Label Wizard and snaked column reports are two Access report features that are worth spending some time on. Let's look at how they work.
The Label Wizard is a handy device for quickly creating mailing labels. It's easy to use, and I'm not going to drag you through the many options in its dialog boxes; either they are self-explanatory or their mysteries can be unraveled with some trial and error.
But one dialog box might cause you some problems, at least initially. This is the “construction” dialog box where you actually create the label (see Figure 12.42).
Besides the fields (first name, street ...
