Before we move on, you must have a Google Cloud account already set up. Go to http://cloud.google.com and click Try it Free to create an account and start a free trial.
Once you've created your account, go to the project list and Create a project and name it order-api. After you've finished, you'll probably be redirected to the Google Cloud Platform Dashboard:

In order to continue, you have to set a billing account. Go to http://console.cloud.google.com/billing/projects to do that. Once you finish setting up, the page should look like this:
