ROSABETH MOSS KANTER is the Ernest L. Arbuckle Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Throughout her career, she has been a leader in management education and thought. A senior adviser to major companies and governments worldwide, she has received nearly two dozen honorary doctorates and is to date the author of sixteen books. In 2001, she received the Academy of Management’s career honor for scholarly achievement and influence on the field. On the HBS faculty since 1986, she has also served as editor of the Harvard Business Review and as a tenured professor at Yale.
