Nitin Nohria
NITIN NOHRIA is both a professor of organizational behavior and director of research at Harvard Business School. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Ph.D. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He came to Harvard upon his graduation from Sloan in 1988.
Concentrating his work on personal leadership and organizational change, he is a prolific author who has written or cowritten ten books—among them, Driven: How Human Nature Shapes Our Choices and What Really Works: The 4+2 Formula for Sustained Business Success.
