Fathers are increasingly recognizing the value of participating in the everyday work of caring for, educating, and raising their children. But changing long-standing social dynamics doesn’t happen overnight or without conscious effort. It is critical that men engage as fully as possible in sharing the work at home. This should start with an honest assessment of where progress is happening, and where it has stalled.
