So – brown, white, wholemeal, granary, multigrain, pitta or ciabatta – which bread is best for your child?

The ultimate convenience food, bread is a good, nutritious source of complex carbohydrate and vitamins. Most breads contain about 10% protein, are low in sugar, but can vary widely in their fat content.
