We have fulfilled two of the three aims we set ourselves in the introduction to this book.
- We have celebrated the work of the great school leaders and leadership teams we have been close to over the past decade or so.
- We have assembled our description and analysis of that work in a way which allows others to understand it and to reflect on their own practice through it.
