8.2.5. Demolding Systems

A demolding system has to provide for a precisely controlled vertical movement. Demolding can be achieved by three different concepts: adhesion of the residual layer to a rough substrate plate, use of ejector pins, and use of pressure-assisted demolding with the option of an advanced demolding concept for double-sided molding.
