Abstract

In Managing Change in Organizations: A Practice Guide (Project Management Institute, 2013), change management is presented as an essential organizational capability that cascades across and throughout portfolio, program, and project management. The success of programs and projects is seen as being closely related to the successful implementation of the change it produces, and the contribution of the change team is essential.
