Suzie Talk a lot peered down at her long list of bullet points, then up at her audience. Even Ben – best mate, enthusiastic Ben – was slumped down in his seat, checking his phone. Suzie didn’t mind public speaking when she was first asked, but she soon realised that people just don’t like to listen.

She sighed. ‘Why do I always have to be the one who presents the boring information?’ she asked herself.
