Let’s assume that you’ve written your first blog post. Maybe you composed an introduction to your book and published it in one or more posts. You may even have scheduled two more parts of the introduction to post later the same week. How are you going to drive traffic—readers—to your blog to read the beginning of your book? In other words, how will you publicize or promote your blog as you start blogging your book and as time goes on?
Remember back in chapter four when we worked on your blogged book’s business plan and I said you needed to think about promotion? Now we begin putting that promotion plan into motion.
