Coaching the Whole: Organizational Transformation

Coaching the organization as a whole toward transformation entails a new level of complexity. In this domain, we see increased focus on the greater, collective consciousness of the organization, including how discrete and often disparate units fit into that whole. The coach assists with the integration of new ideas while working to build shared meaning of the organization’s purpose, vision, and strategies. Through increased clarity about the organization’s creation journey and its mission, departments, units, teams, and employees are better able to link their group and individual efforts into the greater whole in order to co-create the future they desire.
