Administration Guide

Each administrator should receive an administration guide that contains the information required to successfully execute the survey. It should include:

A schedule

A checklist of equipment and supplies

The instructions

The name and telephone number of someone to call for assistance

Schedule

The schedule should indicate not only the administrator's schedule but also the employees' schedules—who or how many employees are scheduled at what times—and who to contact if a scheduled employee does not arrive to participate in the survey.
