About the Employee Financial Education Division
THE EMPLOYEE FINANCIAL EDUCATION DIVISION (EFED) works with businesses of all sizes to build customized employee financial education programs. Financial education programs have proven to help organizations:
- Increase productivity
- Control health care costs
- Reduce absenteeism and presenteeism
- Reduce employee stress and anxiety levels
- Decrease workplace violence and harassment
- Create greater organizational commitment
- Increase employee retention
- Increase participation in pension programs
- Help employees make better benefits choices
Most programs can be offered at little to no cost to the company. Programs may be as simple as pension and benefits education or more complete comprehensive financial education to all employees.
As a third party, the Employee Financial Education Division can work with your organization to help communicate financial advice to employees, thereby mitigating potential liability and reducing the workload on the Human Resources department.
These programs can be delivered through seminars, webinars, video blogs, coaching, live chat, and any other method found to be effective in reaching the employees.
Separate programs for senior management and executives can also be delivered to deal with different compensation, benefits, and pension arrangements.
