Which CV is right for me?
The answer is the CV that gets you an interview for a job! They all have their pros and cons. A written CV, whether chronological or functional, is an essential starting point, but I would give serious consideration to adding web-based CVs and maybe, if appropriate, even a video CV to your inventory.
Message and medium
Whichever ways you choose to present your CV, remember the best CVs are the ones that have the correct balance of message and medium. The information must always be up to date, relevant and well presented.
