Present yourself well in an interview and youâre probably 95 per cent of the way to getting the job. So itâs useful to have some insight into how recruiters go about selecting candidates before you go to your interview. Many take a âhit and missâ approach, with little structure. Good recruiters, however, work to a plan and set standards and requirements relating to a variety of factors. They then decide whether these are essential or desirable.
