How to handle illegal interview questions: discrimination

If you think about it, the recruitment process is a process of discrimination: all other thing being equal, the recruiter is more likely to select someone with a first-class honours degree than a third, or someone with five years’ experience over a candidate with no experience, etc. The recruiter is discriminating between candidates to make the best choice.
