START WITH THE company you would most like to buy from, find out the name of the right person, and get in touch. Call them if possible, and send an email afterwards to confirm your contact details. Give the sales person a brief introduction to your company. Present yourself in a way that is clear and concise. For example:

“Good morning, we haven’t met before, I am the owner of Lucy’s Children’s Cakes, we are based in the Liverpool area and specialise in making and icing children’s birthday cakes.”
