About the author

Richard Hall read English at Balliol College, Oxford before venturing enthusiastically into marketing and then advertising. Since 2000 he has split his time between consulting, coaching and writing numerous books for Pearson, all on business. He lives in Brighton surrounded by family, great nieces and grandchildren.

He claims to be thinking a lot – hence this book – but it’s likely he’s just having a rather good time.
