How to Speak so People Listen is written around 25 core concepts that I have developed over the last few years. Well, to be honest, I didn’t develop all of them: some of them I inherited from other, greater, thinkers than myself, and some I synthesised from lots of ideas.
All these ideas are interconnected, so there is no single route through them all. Writing any book – even a non-fiction business-oriented book like this one – is a task in creating a linear narrative through many complex and interdependent ideas. If I have created a compelling structure that has made sense to you, then I have, in that small part at least, succeeded.
