3.0 Redesign Business Process
The outcome of this phase is a formal proposal and business case for redesign of the business process, along with a high-level implementation plan for the To-Be process, all submitted to the key stakeholders and senior management for approval.
3.1 Develop Could-Be Process Design(s)
3.1.1 Research Innovative Ideas
Research and benchmark processes, trends, and innovative ideas that would include processes and their potential enablers such as organization, technology, and infrastructure using the template in Table 12.6. Based on this research, develop insights that may be used in the process redesign ideation to create one or multiple could-be design possibilities.
