The BPM Competency Framework is designed to address both the effectiveness and functional competencies needed by all the roles related to business process management and its allied professional practices. The roles in the framework are structured into generic groups within the two classifications. Each describes the purpose of its role: Process Owners, Process Managers, and Process Performers drive process change; Process Practitioners, Organization Designers, and Technology Practitioners facilitate change.
