Installing an enterprise-wide system and services management solution begins with a plan. The plan will evolve as you refine the Service Level Agreements and objectives for the scope of work. After an analysis of the current business environment, you can gather the system and network management requirements and begin to work out the design and implementation details of the hardware and software.
