Step 6: Draft HPI Scorecard Measures
Align your measures with the organizational scorecard. In most cases, this means developing measures in the areas of financial, customer, process improvement, and learning and growth. If your organization differs from these four areas, align with your organization's measures. For example, if one organizational measure is to attain a certain level of employee satisfaction in response to benefits, education opportunities, and work environment, your HPI department should also have a measure of employee satisfaction for its own employees.
