What is Recruitment?
It may seem obvious, but ‘recruitment’ is the whole process that you follow once you’ve decided that you need additional resources. This includes where you find candidates, how you find them, the methods you use to decide if they are right for you, how you present yourself to them and how you entice them to your company. It also involves how you introduce them to your company and how you integrate them so that they are happy, productive and want to stay.
Is it that easy? Of course not!
