Making a list element in jQuery Mobile

Let me be the first to say this: I love unordered lists. Conversely, I have an equally intense aversion to "programmer art" tables. In fact, I've earned a reputation with the people I work with as a "destroyer of tables". There are very few sets of things in HTML that can't be displayed using a good list, which is why I adore the way in which jQuery Mobile handles lists. jQuery Mobile lists, in my opinion, prove why a list is the superior way to present data, menus, navigation, and so on. Enough of my abnormal obsession with unordered lists, let's go through a recipe about jQuery Mobile lists together.
