The meeting minutes allowed the expert to inform the licensee of his
impressions and check whether the evidence on which they were based was
“validated” by the licensee. This approach follows one of the principles of the
IRSN assessment: “At the end of the review, the expert and the licensee must
agree on the points of disagreement.”
