In keeping with classical findings in management research, we point out that
these objectives, which can be incorporated in simple indicators, are not without
collateral effects. “It’s a problem at the IRSN. Each expert accentuates his own
particular field. Because the experts make recommendations right and left, there
are lots of them. The problem is that the recommendations are not prioritized.” ...
