The computer programs that are typically used to generate scenarios for
the study of dynamic decisions are alternatively known as “scaled worlds”
or “low- fidelity simulations” (Schiett, Elliott, Salas, & Coovert, 2004).
The situations and scenarios usually involve a complex system of some
sort, such as the operation of a sugar factory or a beer distribution center
