We are aware that the descriptions “quite often,” “to a slight extent,” or “incidentally” are ambig-
uous and can be understood in various ways. However, we have found them necessary in the situ-
ation when enterprises generally do not have registers or statistics of the application of mentoring
and coaching. There are also difculties with the occurrence of different forms partially similar to
mentoring and coaching (frequently not denominated this way). For this reason, the data contained
in Tables 44.1 and 44.2 cannot be treated as strict data and are, rather, of demonstrative nature.
