To sum up, it seems worthwhile to indicate the problems of the presented research and the future
empirical perspectives. Firstly, from the point of view of continuation of analyses, it is indispensable
to employ a larger number of tools for the measurement of organizational variables, which would
allow us to consider a wider spectrum of a leader’s behavior and HRM practices. In such a case,
