Period 1 is divided in three parts: (1) selection of data, (2) systematization of the data into a
framework relating it to a dimension, and (3) presenting the dimensions emerged.
In period 2, we triangulate the data collected from one source with data collected from other
sources so that we can identify resemblances. We can then present relevant statements and ndings
from our data collection stage.
In period 3, we transform the relevant statements into intelligible criteria. We can then trian-
gulate each criterion with the literature in order to rene our Reference Framework with more
