INTRODUCTION
This story begins like many others: “Once upon a time, there were students and their teacher.”
Tell me what happened later; did they all learn happily ever after? In this paper, we are discussing
examples of the processes that could help to make such a happy ending probable.
The literacy surveys, which focus on young people’s ability to use their knowledge and skills to
meet real-life challenges (PISA 2009), indicate that a deep educational change is necessary. New
