the employing organization and internal relations in the company (Part 1 of the questionnaire),
material aspects connected with the work for a given organization (Part 2), and personal profes-
sional functioning (Part 3). The assumptions made as to the three aforementioned aspects proved
correct although Part 1, in particular, required additional statistical analyses.
For Part 1 of the questionnaire, after collecting the survey results, the factor structure of the
questionnaire indicators was investigated.
The resultant factors were characterized by satisfactory factor loadings (above 0.5) and enabled
sensible—in terms of subject matter—synthesis of survey questions making up a given factor. Their
