comparison with workers outside IT, IT workers claim a higher level of satisfaction. The
high level of private life satisfaction was accounted for in categories of placing professional
work quite high in the hierarchy of private values and job satisfaction (“self-realization”)
connected with having a profession that wins public recognition (according to CBOS
