What Is Intellectual Capital?

In this chapter,1 we will define intellectual capital, understand its meaning and how to measure it, identify its components and focus on human capital as an important part of intellectual capital. We will also explore HRD’s role, the tools for building human capital, and ways to enhance intellectual capital and shareholder value.
