HR Interventions in Indian Companies
Many Indian corporations, their CEOs and HR directors have shown innovativeness and openness to change by initiating and managing modern HR interventions. However, it is common practice to abandon some of them after an initial trial period. Often, when such initiatives are given up, one of the reasons given is ‘We spent money but got very little out of it.
