Mentorship & Be Your Own Guru
There is no such thing as self-made.
Examine any of the world’s greats, those on the peak of their mountains, and you’ll find an infinite stream of support, encouragement, and feedback from those who have their back. The mentality of the lone wolf is dangerous. It leaves us empty, scattered, and lost on the Hero’s journey of our lives because it’s simply not realistic.
In other words, you cannot do this alone.
And even if you could, why would you?
Without a backbone of support to navigate the abyss, valleys of growth, and emotional questioning—the chances of persisting are next to zero. And because intimate relationships are a vital source of fulfillment, we need people along for the ride.1 Say hello ...
